Conrady Consultant Services is a nationwide professional water storage tank and pipeline inspection company specializing in ROV inspection, ROV water tank inspection, ROV pipeline inspection, other ROV tank inspection, underwater tank inspection, and drained tank inspection. We do both drained inspection and underwater inspection of all types and sizes of storage tanks except for petroleum and chemical products. We inspect inground, groundlevel, and elevated tanks constructed out of poured in place reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, welded steel, riveted steel, bolted steel, glass lined bolted steel, fiberglass, and hydropneumatic tanks.

Unlike most of our competitors, we are an independent inspection company and we are not going to try to sell you anything else if you select us for your tank inspection company. Unlike the contractors and manufacturers, we do not paint tanks and do not get any money from contractors if we recommend that you recoat or repair your tank. Unlike our commercial diving company competitors, we do not try to talk you into having us unnecessarily remove silt from tanks at an enormous expense or touch up paint failures with an underwater epoxy material that does not adhere well and will eventually fall to the floor. Unlike other companies, we will not use our inspection to get in your door so we can try to sell you a maintenance program. Since we do not make most of our income by inspecting during a tank recoat or repair like many inspection companies and engineering firms do, there is no monetary difference to us if your tank needs to be recoated or repaired, or if you follow our recommendations or not, so there is no incentive for us to exaggerate or lie to you about the condition of your tank. We are quite simply very good at what we do and we will honestly tell you the condition of your tank.

Our 2 person team that actually comes to your tank site for our inspections includes a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) with 28+ years of tank inspection experience. He is on several AWWA committees/subcommittees and on the NFPA Technical Committee On Water Tanks and he also teaches classes and seminars on tank inspection, tank maintenance, tank operation, and tank design. We are not an engineering firm and do not claim to be an engineering firm. We are a professional inspection company with a P.E. as an owner of our company and a member of our inspection team. Our P.E. is not registered in all states and it is not to be assumed or inferred that he is registered in your state. Since our team has personally inspected more than 3,000 tanks since 1982 throughout the US and in Canada and in Mexico, and we now inspect about 150 tanks each and every year, it is very likely that our team has inspected more tanks in the last 5 years than any other inspection company inspects during their entire lifetime and we may be the most educated, experienced, and qualified tank inspectors that you can hire!
