In February 2008 Utility Service Company Acquired Conrady Consultant Services And In August 2008 Suez Environmental Acquired Utility Service
Utility Service Company, Inc. (USCI) acquired Conrady Consultant Services to add Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) capabilities to their company for their clients that can not, or do not want to, drain their tanks for an inspection. Since John and Linda Conrady, the owners of Conrady Consultant Services, had personally inspected more than 3,000 tanks from 1982 to 2008 throughout out the US and in Canada and Mexico, their expertise is being utilized by USCI to set up, train, and manage an ROV inspection division of Utility Service Company.
After using SeaBotix LBV150 ROVs since the spring of 2004, in May 2009, John and Linda finally discontinued their use and ownership of SeaBotix products and now use VideoRay Pro 4 ROVs for their inspections.
