Conrady Consultant Services  is a nationwide professional  water storage tank and pipeline inspection company specializing in ROV inspection, ROV water tank inspection, ROV pipeline inspection, other ROV tank inspection, underwater tank inspection, and drained tank inspection.  We do both drained inspection and underwater inspection of all types and sizes of storage tanks except for petroleum and chemical products.  We inspect inground, groundlevel, and elevated tanks constructed out of poured in place reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, welded steel, riveted steel, bolted steel, glass lined bolted steel, fiberglass, and hydropneumatic tanks.

Our Inspections And Inspection Reports

Many of our competitors only give you a “handwritten summary” of the condition of the interior of your tank along with an invoice for the inspection prior to them leaving your tank site.  These “summaries” not only DO NOT give you recommended corrective actions, but they do not even completely describe the tank interior.  You do not even know if your tank has an interior ladder from their “summary”.

Many of our contractor/manufacturer/painting contractor competitors will give you a very low inspection price, or even inspect your tank for free, just so they can give you an inspection report that is nothing but a summary of how bad your tank is so they can sell you a recoat/repair or a maintenance program.  The photos included in their "inspection report" may be nothing more than every instance of coating failure and corrosion in your tank so that you will believe that the tank is in bad enough condition that you will hire them and not solicit information or bids from other companies.

If you hire us for an ROV inspection you will receive our inspection report as described below, a  DVD which contains video of the tank interior from the ROV video feed, and a CD which contains digital exterior photos and digital interior photos which were captured from the ROV video feed.  Some of these photos are printed in the inspection report.

If you hire us for a drained inspection, our low cost not drained elevated tank inspection, or hydropneumatic tank inspection,  you will receive our inspection report as described below  and a CD with the digital photos taken during the inspection.

Our report contains all of the components required by DEP, DER, DNR, AWWA, and NFPA if applicable and also the various other health or regulatory agencies throughout the US.  The computer generated report includes a title page, a declaration page which is signed by our inspector, tank information as could be determined during the inspection or as was stated to us by the client such as year installed or dimensions, pages that detail compliance or violation of NFPA Standards 22 and 25, pages of site observations which describe or identify the structural, sanitary, and coating condition of the tank exterior and interior, pages of recommendations which include the time period for reinspection or recoating and other recommended corrective actions,  results of paint adhesion tests, ultrasonic metal thickness measurement results, paint thickness measurement results, lead primer material analysis results, and exterior and interior photos.
